Mount Cook National Park is a must if you like hiking, lakes, glaciers, and mountains. It's slightly off the beaten track so you get a different style of tourist here, and outstanding views of New Zealand's highest mountain. And, of course, it's special to us for an entirely different reason too.
Hidden valleys, ancient landscape, untouched wilderness... Fiordland has it all. And the crowning jewel... Milford Sound.
From escape rooms to canyon swings, pub crawls to mountain treks... Queenstown has stolen our hearts and we don't want them back. We want to stay here forever.
The first stop on the South Island did not disappoint! Abel Tasman National Park is stunning, the only regret is that we didn't get to see more of it.
